Role Description

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Experience in HR Operations and implementation of HR Policies
• Strong skills in fostering Employee Relations and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations is a plus
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in facility management or similar industries is advantageous
