Role Description

Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience in HR Operations and implementation of HR Policies
- Strong skills in fostering Employee Relations and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations is a plus
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
