Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple roles including therapists, front desk executives, and corporate positions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and passionate about identifying and engaging the right talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing to onboarding
- Handle hiring for roles such as:
- Clinical Psychologists
- Speech Therapists
- Occupational Therapists
- Front Desk / Center Roles
- Sales & Corporate Roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment data
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Manage offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining formalities
- Support employer branding and hiring campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or any related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (Healthcare hiring experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills (English is a must)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
