- Immediate Hiring – HR Executive Position
- Location: Gurgaon
- Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, attendance management, compliance, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle employees professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination). Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents. Conduct joining formalities and employee induction. Maintain employee records and personal files.
- 2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination Monitor daily attendance and leave records. Coordinate with accounts team for payroll processing. Maintain salary records and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- 3. Employee Relations Address employee queries and grievances. Maintain healthy work environment. Support employee engagement activities.
- 4. HR Documentation & Compliance Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance. Prepare HR reports (attendance, attrition, hiring status, etc.). Ensure proper documentation as per company standards.
- 5. Exit Formalities Handle resignation process. Conduct exit interviews. Complete full and final settlement process.
- Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR operations (Freshers can apply if required). Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word). Basic knowledge of labor laws will be preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Preferred Skills: Experience in recruitment portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed). Payroll software knowledge. Good interpersonal skills.
