Role Description The Human Resources Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dadri. The Human Resources Executive will manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and attendance management. This role will handle employee relations, support performance management processes, and ensure compliance with resort policies and applicable labor regulations. The Human Resources Executive will assist in developing and implementing HR policies, coordinate training and development initiatives, and collaborate with management to maintain a positive, inclusive, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to oversee core HR functions.
- Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Skills in Employee Relations, with the capacity to address employee concerns and promote a respectful workplace.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, with the ability to implement and update policies as needed.
- Relevant academic qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in hospitality or service industries is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Dadri, collaborate with diverse teams, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
