Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including managing HR policies, resolving employee relations matters, facilitating recruitment processes, and implementing HR strategies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining employee records, overseeing onboarding procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Salary bracket is 20K-25K per month+incentives, so should be comfortable in the salary.
- Recruiting multiple profiles such as marketing, sales and CSA, etc.
- Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) best practices and tools
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office-based environment in Noida
- Previous experience in a similar HR role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required
