We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive who is eager to learn, solve problems, and contribute to building strong people processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees and interns.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
- Support employee induction and orientation programs.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee data and HR records accurately.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and employee information management.
- Support implementation and maintenance of HR systems and processes.
- Ensure HR documentation is organized and updated.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support employee engagement initiatives and team activities.
- Coordinate internal communication related to HR activities.
- Assist in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Gather employee feedback and support workplace improvement initiatives.
Process Improvement & Administration
- Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows and processes.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Support policy documentation and process standardization.
- Collaborate with different departments on people-related initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification.
- Internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or operations.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment processes.
- Exposure to HRMS platforms is an added advantage.
