We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations. The role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by managing documentation and new joiner processes
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support in resolving concerns professionally
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and help build a positive work environment
- Support grievance handling while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately
- Track attendance, leaves, and support payroll coordination processes
- Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans (PIPs) where required
- Ensure adherence to company policies and assist in updating HR policies when needed
- Maintain compliance with applicable labor laws and internal guidelines
- Handle HR operational tasks and contribute to improving overall HR processes
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
