Job Overview: Krishna Jewellers Pearls & Gems Pvt. Ltd, a reputable jewellery company, seeking a seasoned HR Recruiter to join our team and contribute to our continued success. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Employee Life Cycle Management:
- Oversee the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to off-boarding.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
New Joiner Onboarding:
- Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding process for new employees, including orientation programs, document verification, and introduction to company culture.
Hiring:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in the recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and contribute to the selection process.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
- Work closely with managers to ensure fair and consistent performance evaluations.
Statutory Compliance:
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Ensure the company's compliance with all legal obligations related to HR operations.
HR Operations:
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee queries, HRIS management, and record-keeping.
- Streamline and optimize HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of proven experience in HR Recruitment, with a focus on employee life cycle management.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Experience in conducting interviews and participating in the recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS and other relevant HR tools.
