Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and streamline core HR operations. The role will focus on employee lifecycle management, HR systems, compliance, and supporting a structured, data-driven workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for shopfloor and staff roles
- Coordinate interviews, documentation, and onboarding processes
- Maintain candidate pipeline and hiring trackers
2. Employee Management
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
3. HR Systems & Data
- Manage HRMS/ERP systems (e.g., Track HR)
- Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports
- Track KPIs such as attendance, attrition, and productivity
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Maintain HR policies, employee files, and audit-ready documentation
- Support ISO/IATF/IRIS audit requirements related to HR
5. Training & Development
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records
- Support skill development initiatives for shopfloor workforce
Key Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
- Experience with HRMS/ERP systems
- Good communication and organizational skills
