Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources function. The role involves managing core HR operations, supporting employee engagement, assisting in recruitment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes aligned with the organization’s values and culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
  • Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates
  • Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes
  • Support performance management processes and appraisal documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all HR-related data
  • Assist in audits, reports, and HR analytics as required
  • Support learning and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions, tracking employee development plans, and evaluating training effectiveness

  • Basic understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software/tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • A proactive mindset with attention to detail


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR experience
