Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical (Blockchain, Backend, Frontend) and non-technical (Marketing, Sales, Operations) roles.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience that introduces new hires to the KoinBX culture and Web3 ecosystem.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that boost morale, including team-building activities, rewards and recognition programs, and open-feedback sessions.
- HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance and leave systems, and coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing.
- Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of KoinBX’s merit-based performance appraisal system and track KPIs across departments.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure all HR activities align with Indian labor laws and internal company policies.
- Culture Catalyst: Act as a bridge between management and employees, resolving grievances and promoting a transparent, inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or Talent Acquisition, preferably within a Fintech, Crypto, or Tech Startup.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Local Expertise: Must be based in Bangalore with a strong network within the city’s tech talent pool.
- Industry Knowledge: A keen interest in or basic understanding of Cryptocurrency and Blockchain technology is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
