Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, implement and manage HR policies and processes, foster positive employee relations, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. The role will involve recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and working closely with employees to support development and satisfaction within their roles.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HR Management and HR Policies implementation
- Proficiency in HR Operations and ensuring process efficiencies
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and fostering workplace satisfaction
- Broad understanding of Human Resources principles and compliance standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in HR or experience in the education or design sector are a plus
