The Role
We are seeking a high-integrity, multi-talented individual to join the Founder’s Office. This is not a
siloed role; you will be the operational backbone, bridging the gap between the Founder’s strategic
vision and daily execution. You will handle a diverse array of functions, acting as a force multiplier
for the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Operations & MIS
:Capture, analyze, and maintain critical Management Information Systems (MIS) data across all
departments.
- Perform internal audits to ensure operational accuracy, process compliance, and alignment with Founder priorities.
- Functional Support
:HR & People Management: Support recruitment, onboarding, culture initiatives, and employee coordination.
- Sales Support: Assist in lead tracking, sales reporting, and coordinating client-facing documentation.
- Project Management: Track project milestones, ensure timely communication, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Purchasing: Manage procurement requests, vendor coordination, and maintain accurate cost
tracking.
Requirement & Skills
- Background: Recent graduate (or early career) in HR, Management, or a related field with a
- strong understanding of people coordination and business processes.
- Integrity: Unwavering honesty and high ethical standards are non-negotiable.
