Hiring: HR Executive – Restaurant Industry (On-Site | Immediate Joining)
We are urgently hiring an experienced HR Executive for our growing restaurant/QSR operations. This is a full-time, on-site role for a hands-on professional who can manage field HR activities across outlets and join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end hiring for restaurant staff (managers, captains, kitchen staff, helpers, chefs, etc.)
- Handling employee exits, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Managing outlet-level HR coordination and employee relations
- Preparing and maintaining attendance sheets
- Preparing and managing salary sheets and coordinating payroll
- Maintaining employee records, documentation, and compliance
- Ensuring proper manpower planning across outlets
Requirements:
- Prior HR experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry is mandatory
- Strong understanding of high-volume hiring and blue-collar workforce management
- Hands-on experience in attendance tracking and salary sheet preparation
- Ability to work independently and handle field coordination
- Immediate joiner preferred
Compensation: As per market standards (based on experience)
