👩💼 Position 1: HR Executive (Fresher)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (In-hand)
Experience: 0–6 months
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and screening candidates
Scheduling interviews & coordination
Assisting in onboarding process
Maintaining candidate database
Supporting HR operations
👩💼 Position 2: HR Executive (Experienced)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand)
Experience: 6 months – 2 years
Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment
Managing interview pipelines
Employee onboarding & documentation
Handling HR operations & coordination
Supporting employee engagement initiatives
🎓 Position 3: HR Intern (6 Months)
Stipend: ₹10,000 (In-hand)
Duration: 6 months
Perks: Certificate + Practical HR exposure
Responsibilities:
Assisting in recruitment & sourcing
Interview coordination
HR data management
Supporting onboarding
