Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting HR management initiatives. The role will also involve facilitating employee onboarding, maintaining compliance, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, including recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Experience in HR Operations, such as payroll, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance
- Strong background in Employee Relations, focusing on fostering a positive work environment and addressing employee concerns
- Knowledge and experience in formulating and implementing HR Policies
- Understanding of Human Resources principles, practices, and employment law
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
