We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to support and manage day-to-day HR operations. The role involves recruitment coordination, employee engagement, onboarding, HR documentation, payroll coordination, performance management support, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and hands-on experience in core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination for assigned roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Employee Engagement & HR Operations
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Ensure smooth execution of joining and exit formalities.
- Coordinate background verification and document collection.
Payroll & Compliance Support
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, reimbursements, and incentives.
- Support statutory compliance processes such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labour law documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR records.
Performance Management Support
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and review cycles.
- Track probation confirmations and employee evaluations.
- Support HR reporting and analytics as required.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of HR processes and labour practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
- Experience working with HRMS tools is an advantage.
