Roles & Responsibilities :-
▪️Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
▪️Schedule and manage interview logistics and feedback. Negotiate and roll out offers, ensuring alignment with company policies.
▪️Understand job requirements and hiring needs.
▪️Track hiring metrics and maintain ATS records.
▪️Utilize various channels for candidate sourcing, including job boards, social media, job posting and professional networks.
▪️Generate recruitment metrics and reports for continuous improvement & staying current on recruitment best practices.
Required Qualifications:
▪️Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
▪️ 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
▪️ Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
▪️ Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).
▪️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
▪️ Ability to handle multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines.
▪️Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
