Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Executive. In this role, the executive will manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and oversee employee relations. Daily responsibilities include handling recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with statutory labor regulations. The HR Executive will collaborate with department managers to align HR strategies with organizational goals and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR Management and HR Operations
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
- A solid understanding of core Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulatory compliance is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certification in HR (such as SHRM or PHR) is advantageous
