Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR coordination. The ideal candidate should be organized, communicative, and capable of handling both people and processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and screening of candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Address employee queries and support HR operations
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
- Experience in Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry is mandatory
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals & LinkedIn hiring
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
