Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Chennai. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring implementation and compliance with HR policies, and managing employee relations. Key tasks include conducting recruitment, managing employee records, implementing performance management processes, and supporting organizational culture and workforce planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Employee Relations
- Experience with HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) roles and responsibilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Advanced HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is an added advantage
