Position- HR Executive (Recruiter)
Location-Surat
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for closing open positions as per business requirements within the defined timelines.
Handle the complete end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding hiring needs to successful candidate onboarding.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
Coordinate and align interviews with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient selection process.
Manage the onboarding, training coordination, and joining formalities to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain effective stakeholder management by collaborating closely with hiring managers and leadership teams.
