Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with human resource standards. They will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, collaborating with various teams, and facilitating employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and the development and enforcement of HR Policies
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Relevant experience in an HR role; prior experience in the technology or creative industries is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
