Are you passionate about building a career in Human Resources? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven HR Executive to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in both recruitment and core HR operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
✔ Candidate sourcing via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
✔ Conduct HR screening interviews
✔ Maintain HR records, databases, and reports
✔ Assist in onboarding, attendance, and leave management
✔ Support employee engagement initiatives
✔ Coordinate with clients and candidates
🔹 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Willingness to learn in a target-driven environment
✔ Basic understanding of HR processes
