About Iraah Jewels:
Iraah is a fast-growing fine jewellery brand offering minimal, everyday gold and diamond pieces for modern India. With our presence expanding across showrooms and social media, we’re looking for an HR Executive to help build a strong internal culture, support our team’s growth, and streamline HR operations.
Your Role at Iraah:
As our HR Executive, you’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day people operations and shaping a culture that reflects our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance
- Coordinate training, performance appraisals, and development programs
- Support a healthy, respectful, and high-performing work environment
- Handle conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership on HR policies and internal communication
Who You Are:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
✔ 1–3 years of experience in HR (experience in jewellery preferred)
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Detail-oriented, organized, and discreet with sensitive information
✔ Comfortable using basic HR software/tools
