Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Coimbatore. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and manage employee relations. Tasks include implementing HR strategies, assisting in recruiting and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting workplace engagement initiatives. The role requires consistent collaboration with cross-functional teams to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and maintaining workplace harmony
- Thorough knowledge of HR Policies and compliance frameworks
- Comprehensive understanding of core Human Resources (HR) functions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in HR tools and systems is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the fashion or retail industry is an added benefit
