Role: HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: 10.30 PM to 7.30AM
Job Overview:
We are looking for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment who can handle end-to-end hiring activities. Candidates with exposure to US staffing or international recruitment will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment process handling
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and databases
- Working closely with US-based teams in PST shift
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Experience in recruitment/HR roles
- Familiarity with LinkedIn/Naukri sourcing
- Willingness to work in night shift (PST)
- US staffing exposure is an added advantage
