Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located inAPIIC Indu Park,
Tirumalagiri(V),Jaggaiahpeta(M),
Krishna(Dist),A.P-521175 for a Human Resources Executive. Primary responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring smooth day-to-day management of HR functions. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, addressing workplace matters, and supporting organizational growth through strategic HR practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Experience in Employee Relations and handling workplace matters
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices
- Understanding of general Human Resources (HR) functions and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for employee engagement
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is an advantage
