Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter position based in Goregaon. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves participating in employer branding initiatives and developing effective hiring strategies. The recruiter will be responsible for validating all new hire documents during onboarding, sharing offer details, and ensuring a seamless process until the candidate officially joins.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently and work within deadlines
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience in developing talent acquisition strategies and employer branding initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
