Job Details
Position: HR Executive
Location: Gurugram, Sector 18, Phase 4
Salary Offered: CTC up to ₹28,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of HR / Recruitment experience
Working Days: 5.5 days a week
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for handling recruitment activities and supporting day-to-day HR operations. This role includes sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining HR records, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process while supporting overall HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and HR records
- Manage job postings and employer branding activities
- Assist in offer negotiation and onboarding processes
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
- Support general HR operations and employee coordination
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
