Role Overview
We are seeking passionate Recruiters to lead bulk and mass hiring initiatives for Non-IT. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position that demands energy, speed, and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions
- Drive high-volume hiring campaigns aligned with business targets
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams
- Source profiles via portals, referrals, and creative channels
- Screen candidates, assess communication and skill fit
- Maintain ATS and dashboards for smooth recruitment ops
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout
What we are looking for?
- 1 to 5 years of experience in bulk hiring / mass recruitment
- Hands-on with non-IT hiring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- MBA in HR is a plus
