Role Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Executive for a full-time, on-site role at our Ahmedabad corporate office. The HR Executive will oversee key HR functions such as managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, facilitating employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role will also involve managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department and supporting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR Management and HR Operations
- Experience in fostering Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
- Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration
- Ability to work on-site and contribute to a dynamic team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Preferred: Prior experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment
