Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Pune Division. The role involves managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and supporting organizational goals through effective human resource strategies. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to HR standards and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle employee concerns with confidentiality and professionalism
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in human resources, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector, is an advantage
