Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing and enforcing HR policies, and ensuring compliance. You will oversee employee relations, address employee concerns, and foster a productive workplace. Additionally, you will play a key role in talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Experience in HR Operations and effective implementation of HR Policies
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes and compliance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
