Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Gurugram. The role involves managing HR operations, maintaining employee relations, developing and enforcing HR policies, and overseeing day-to-day human resource functions. The Human Resources Executive will also support organizational management to ensure efficient HR practices aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Hands-on experience with HR Operations and shaping HR Policies
- Ability to effectively handle Employee Relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in a similar HR role is preferred
- Proficiency in HR tools and software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
