Role Description
The Human Resources Executive will support day-to-day HR operations at the Jalandhar center, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, and general HR administration. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a fresher or entry-level candidate who is interested in building a career in Human Resources.
The selected candidate will assist in implementing HR policies and processes, maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating with employees and management, and supporting payroll-related activities. The role will also involve assisting with employee engagement initiatives, training and development activities, performance management processes, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
The HR Executive will be responsible for responding to employee queries, supporting grievance handling, coordinating with faculty and management, and ensuring that HR processes are carried out professionally and confidentially. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn and gain practical exposure to various HR functions while contributing to IBT’s organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience in HR/administration are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of Human Resources and HR Management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and employee-related processes.
- Basic understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with management, faculty, and employees.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
