Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in the Pune Division. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including managing HR policies, employee relations, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities also include fostering a positive workplace culture, coordinating recruitment processes, implementing HR strategies, and supporting overall organizational objectives. The individual will play a key role in ensuring compliance with company policies and promoting employee engagement and development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations processes
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environment
- Experience in designing and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) best practices and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Prior HR experience in a corporate or agency setting is preferred
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous
