Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Executive role, located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes. Additional responsibilities include supporting workforce planning, performance management, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and legal guidelines. The candidate will also act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and fostering a collaborative work culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Strong understanding of HR Operations and HR Policies
- Experience in Employee Relations and building a positive workplace environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar HR role is preferred
