Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources (HR) Executive.This is a hands-on role. You'll run recruitment end-to-end, set up processes where none exist, and be the go-to person for everything people-related. If you've only ever "strategised," this probably isn't the right fit. If you love building from scratch and get things done without hand-holding — read on.
End-to-end recruitment for all roles — from writing JDs to closing offers. Building a hiring pipeline that runs with minimal founder involvement. Managing onboarding so new hires are productive from week one. Owning HR admin: contracts, policies, payroll coordination. Being the culture keeper — making sure the team is aligned, motivated, and heard. This will also involve overseeing admin activities at the office and the factory.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of HR experience, at least 2 in a startup or small firm
- Comfortable with tools — Notion, Sheets, maybe N8N
- High ownership of tasks and a drive a to grow

Type: In Office
Expected Package: 25,000-30,000 per month (depending on the candidate)
