Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Faridabad. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, implement and manage HR policies, and coordinate employee relations. Key responsibilities include managing employee life cycle processes, addressing workplace concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. This role involves both strategic and administrative HR management to create a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources processes
- Strong capabilities in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
- Experience in handling Employee Relations and fostering positive workplace dynamics
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the health or wellness sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
