Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, design and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. They will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with Hobfit’s mission and values. Collaborating across departments, the HR Executive will help drive engagement, growth, and development for the team.
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of HR Management, including the ability to oversee daily HR operations and workforce planning
- Proficiency in implementing and maintaining HR Policies and practices aligned with company goals
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, with a focus on conflict resolution and promoting a positive work environment
- Experience in general Human Resource practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster employee engagement
- Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
