Job Title: HR Executive
Experience: 2 Years
Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad
Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive HR Executive with 2 years of experience to manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding. The candidate should be well-versed in HR processes and capable of handling responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Selection:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection)
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
- Manage job postings on portals and social platforms
- Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews
2. Onboarding:
- Manage joining formalities and documentation
- Conduct employee induction and orientation
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires
3. Employee Engagement & HR Operations:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support employee engagement activities and events
- Address employee queries and provide HR support
- Ensure compliance with company policies
4. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination:
- Monitor attendance and leave records
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing
- Ensure accuracy of employee data
5. Performance Management:
- Assist in performance appraisal process
- Track employee performance and probation reviews
6. Offboarding:
- Manage exit formalities and full & final settlement coordination
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain records
- Ensure proper handover and documentation
Required Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualification:- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
