Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ahmedabad. Qualifications
- Strong expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
- Proficiency in establishing and implementing HR Policies
- Experience in managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace concerns
- Solid understanding of Human Resources principles and best practices
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
