🔹 We're Hiring — HR Executive | Hira Industries | Ujjain, MP
We are building something real at Hira Industries, and we need the right person to help us build it right.
Hira Industries is Ujjain's most technically advanced poha manufacturer — ISO 22000 & ISO 9001 certified, supplying to D-Mart, Reliance, and leading FMCG distributors across the region. We operate the Dheeraj brand and we are in active growth mode.
This is our first dedicated HR hire.
That means you won't be maintaining a system someone else built. You will be building it — from the ground up, directly alongside the founder.
Job Role Description:
✅ End-to-end recruitment — from posting JDs to offer letters
✅ Structured onboarding for every new joiner
✅ Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
✅ Employee records and documentation — physical and digital
✅ Basic labour law compliance — PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments
✅ HR reporting directly to the founder
What we're looking for:
→ BBA / MBA in Human Resource Management
→ 1–2 years of hands-on HR experience (MSME or manufacturing preferred)
→ Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
→ Strong in Hindi; workable English
→ Discreet, organised, and self-driven — no hand-holding required
