We’re Hiring: Recruiter – IT & Professional Hiring
📍 Location: Chennai (5 days WFO)
👉 Preference for candidates based in/around Chennai
We’re looking for a passionate Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience to support end-to-end hiring for IT and professional roles.
🔹 Experience: 3–5 years (IT recruitment preferred)
🔹 Key Skills: Sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination
🔹 Environment: Agency / staffing experience is a plus
💼 What you’ll do:
- Work on IT & functional requirements
- Source and screen candidates
- Coordinate interviews and closures
- Maintain pipeline quality and meet hiring targets
