Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Executive. In this role, you will handle day-to-day HR operations, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws. You will also play an integral role in implementing HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting talent acquisition and retention efforts. Your responsibilities will include overseeing onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, managing benefits, and addressing employee concerns effectively and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Experience in Employee Relations and resolving workplace issues
- Strong understanding of HR Policies and compliance with labor laws
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the food production or agriculture industry is an advantage
