Position: HR Executive
📍 Location: Fully Remote

About Us:
Hashbyt is growing, and we're looking for a driven HR Executive to lead our talent acquisition efforts and support our people operations—all while working remotely!
What You'll Do:
→ Talent Acquisition
• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management
• Build and maintain talent pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements
• Manage postings across LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes
→ HR Management & Operations
• Manage complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
• Handle HR administration, HRIS, record-keeping, and compliance
→ HR Policies
• Develop and implement policies aligned with organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with labor laws
→ Employee Relations
• Drive employee engagement and conflict resolution
• Support our diverse, remote workforce
What We're Looking For:
✔ 3-5 years of HR experience with strong talent acquisition background
✔ Expertise in HR operations, HRIS, and compliance
✔ Experience developing and implementing HR policies
✔ Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
✔ Excellent communication and organizational abilities
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote setup
✔ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✔ HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
