Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, with opportunities available in both Amritsar and Delhi offices. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, oversee employee relations, and support HR management processes. Responsibilities also include maintaining compliance with employment laws, handling recruitment processes, conducting employee orientation, and assisting in workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
- Proficiency in HR Operations, including recruitment, payroll management, and compliance
- Experience in Employee Relations to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate HR Policies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
