Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and job requirements
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and offline methods
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback, and manage candidate experience
- Maintain and update employee records and HR database
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and other HR documentation
- Handle walk-ins and internal referrals professionally
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the beauty, wellness, FMCG, or lifestyle industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools
- Hands-on experience in handling mass hiring and niche profiles
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines
