We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented HR Executive who can help us build strong teams and support our growing organization.
Job Summary
The HR Executive will mainly focus on recruitment and hiring activities (around 70% of the role) along with supporting daily HR operations and employee management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and passionate about talent acquisition and people management.
Key Responsibilities
- 70% role will be focused on Recruitment & Hiring
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates
- Manage job postings on portals and social media platforms
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities of employees
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records
- Support payroll coordination and HR documentation
- Address employee queries and maintain positive employee relations
- Conduct exit interviews and offboarding formalities
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR operations
- Ensure confidentiality and proper implementation of HR policies
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment process
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
